Master technician

For the first three years things were great over abundance of workload, frequent increase in pay, constant training. It was great, as for the last few years there been a constant downward trend in appointments, and there not much being done about turning that around. We’re talking from 90 appointments 3 years ago to now getting 40-50 on average. Door rate has gone up over 240 which would be my only assumption as to why customers aren’t coming back. Management primarily service manager is of no use, and had taken our shop foreman from his actual job role and uses him as his go to guy to get things done that he’s supposed to be doing. So many techs have l come and gone. They keep hiring more techs when there isn’t even enough work load to support it. It used to be a place I wanted to grow with, and unfortunately now it’s just not the case
