Good Place to Get a Start, bad long term

Good place to get a start, they will give almost anyone a chance to work on cars. The flip side of that is if you have experience you will have to work with alot of inexperienced people. Shop sometimes feels like a day care. Pay is okay but could be better. Work runs out daily bc there are so many techs. Buildings and equipment are old and need to be updated. Management can be all over the place and sometimes you never know what you are going to get.

Pay is excellent for a dealership, a lot fo great people to work with. Management is awesome. Training oppotunities are top notch. Stays consistently busy. BMW's warranty times are pretty stingey.

Working here has been great , I’ve worked here for 10+ years , the shop is always busy , the environment is positive and management works well with you. Working hard and taking initiative definitely helps with moving up. I started here as my first job at 16 and it’s been a great experience.
