Progressively got worse and is now circling the drain

Best shop I ever worked at. Team worked well together and constant work flow. Management was willing to pay good money. Problems with the shop include almost no service writer training. No reprocessing for parts or writers dropping the ball. Parts manager had an antagonistic relationship with the service department and treated his employees terribly. Unrealistic deadlines consistently with work flow that never stopped. Became the most stressful job I’d ever had.
Enough work to always keep you busy and management was willing to pay good money for techs.
Service writers have no training. Unrealistic deadlines, you practically have to build your entire quote and sell the work via video MPI. Shop is off site.

The techs were fantastic, the general knowledge and experience in that shop and everyone is willing to help everyone. Unfortunately everyone is suffering and they’re bleeding techs.

Any suggestions/inputs were generally ignored. If it didn’t from a manager it’s not getting implemented.
Advice for mechanics
If you get your online training done and hussle they’ll definitely pay you. They won’t send you off for hands on training. I was promised the moon and got turned down regularly. I had to leave due to retaliation, within a 6 month span went from a go to to being completely ignored for over a month.
