State benefits, 14 paid holidays, union job, and tons of PTO. Only flaw is bus driving. Overtime is available but optional. Management is supportive. Being its non profit and has a budget each year, some things take longer to get done if they're expensive.

Advice for mechanics
You're going to be driving a school bus full of screaming children. If that doesn't bother you 10/10 would recommend. Great way to get outta flat rate jobs.
