Highly cooperative shop environment. New facility with a/c and good ventilation. Service Manager was promoted from Shop Foreman and understands/fights for the techs. Raises take time to go through but do happen when pursued. Parts Dept. is above average with proactive Manager. Aggressive Warranty Dept. that will fight for your flagged time. Reasonable schedule flexibility for family/personal needs. Dispatch is fair and help is always available from Foreman and Leads.
Supportive, hourly guarantee, good management.
Health benefits costs, a couple problematic Advisors, video inspections required.
