The advisor position is a revolving door. No one knows how to to their job efficiently. Management at all levels is a joke. Talking to them is like talking to a brick wall. They're full of empty promises and have no back bone whatsoever. Will continue to walk on their employees. Got promised raises 3 years ago. No one has gotten one since. Get shorted on warranty times and state labor because they dont know how to quote jobs. Didn't pay me state labor time on multiple warranty jobs as so they "wouldnt have to eat it" because they messed up. Which im pretty sure is illegal. There is literally no handbook. No set of written or typed rules to work by. Its the wild west. Pure anarchy. Apparently its been this way since 1989. Everyone besides the lube techs is flat rate besides the owner's "everything" guy which still has a guarantee of 40 hours and has for about a year. Everyone else had a guarantee of 35 hours or less for a week before going full flat rate. There are favorites at all levels in this dealership. If you're not in you're out. Place is a dumpster fire and I am actively seeking other employment
