Pay plan was standard flat rate, unpaid mandated MPI videos, terrible in house aftermarket warranty (US Warranty) that paid next to nothing, especially maintenance work packages. A lot of lifers here that don’t know that there are better opportunities out there. Would steer clear of any and all dealers owned by Atlantic coast
