Underwhelming, but stable
Service Technician
Pay was on the lower end of competitive. Management pushed for training and certifications to be completed but didn’t want to arrange times or schedule. Basically manufacturer training had to be mandatory or they wouldn’t approve it. Management tries different ideas to make the work flow easier but ultimately anything wrong that happens it’s always the technician’s fault. Parts Department and Service Advisors barely ever get the short end of the stick. They’ve replaced more Technicians than Service Advisors and the Parts Department put together. That should tell you something.
Easy scheduling for time off, Bonus pay every month if you hit the production hours
Poor management, poor leadership, poor communication
