Pay wasn’t fair newer guys who just started flat rate getting oaid 1-2 less than expierneced flat rate tech. Team leads are flat rate and dispatch for team. They always take care of themselves first with CP work and the be guy gets fed easy work because he can’t fix anything properly and management allows this. Your concerns or complaints are never heard when talking with HR/management. They will warranty and goodwill everything because they want a good csi score which only benefits the adviser. From a professional stand point no one cares about the work they produce cars always coming back because no one admits fault when they break something. The shop foreman also doesn’t do anything always hides in his car to not be bothered never around and when you ask for help he always says go ask the “diag” tech. Diag tech is also shop fireman’s best friend and us about as smart as the lube tech.
