Decent shop could be better, has the chance to become the standard in the area if they take the right steps

Pay plans get changed a lot, can’t keep advisors once they get a good one they end up shipping them to one of the other failing dealerships. High favoritism towards certain techs while letting others have to actually work and diagnose vehicles.Parts department is fairly good depending who you go to. Advisors get pressured by the higher ups constantly to try to get all these upsells that just push customers away along with spam calling customers daily. Dont ask to get paid for MPI videos “it’s a tool to help you sell” advisors dont usually show the customer or make the effort to sell unless it’s the flushes to make management stfu.No communication from anyone either when it comes to scheduling one day you’ll be slammed the next you won’t have s***.DO NOT WORK AT COMMERCIAL ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.
Everyone there is easy to get along with, no drama, fairly clean shop , laid back
The pay sucks, they won’t give raises unless you go to leave. Dont expect to be recognized for working hard they could care less. Kids who come from schooling with certs will make more money than someone who actually knows how to fix s***
