Pay was dependent on experience, shop culture was good , Parts department was no help they are not parts guys . No knowledge , Everything is done there way or no way. Management was fair. Work load is on an unbalanced scale one week you can hit 60hrs another week 20hrs.

Floors are always wet and slippery, better equipment for flush machines always broken, brake lathes, more hd lifts, winters and summer are brutal for techs ,
