Shop owners may claim, verify, and respond to reviews for their listing subject to our Verification Program Terms and Business Owner Response Policy. Businesses may request corrections to factual information through our designated contact process.

5. No Endorsement

Listings, reviews, ratings, advertisements, and featured businesses do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Shop Rate Solutions LLC.

6. Intellectual Property

All Website design, branding, logos, software, graphics, and original content are the property of Shop Rate Solutions LLC unless otherwise noted.

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Shop Rate Solutions LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, modify for formatting purposes, distribute, and promote that content in connection with operating and marketing the Website.
